Group Beholding
at Rough Hands.
A small, in-person evening at Rough Hands in Stroud, on the first Sunday of every month. It is the simplest way to feel what Beholding actually does, in a room with other people, for the price of a drink.
FIRST HALF · 5-7PM
Beginners introduction
No prior experience needed. We walk through the practice together and you try it, gently, with other people who are also new to it.

SECOND HALF · 7.15-9PM
Continuing practice
For those who have already attended a beginners session. We go further, and slower, into being beheld.

BOTH HALVES
Book either half for £10, or both halves for £20. Full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the session. No refunds after that time.
