How it works

3-12 months of 1:1 coaching.
Because identity doesn't shift in a weekend.

A long-form, relational practice. High cadence sessions, voice memo support and a bespoke container for self-trust. Simple on paper. The work is in the doing.

  1. 01

    Weekly/fortnightly 75-minute sessions

Focused on where you're actually stuck - not a preset curriculum, not a checklist. Real conversation that follows what's alive in your life that week. We move at the pace identity actually shifts at, which is rarely the pace we'd like.

  2. 02

    Voice memo support between sessions

Real change happens in the 167 hours between calls. You get a direct line for check-ins, spirals, breakthroughs and questions as they happen. Not as a productivity tool - as a thread of relational continuity.

  3. 03

    A living container for self-trust

This is not a curriculum delivered in sequence. It's a live, responsive process - observing what's actually happening, prototyping an intervention, watching what shifts, adjusting. Every engagement is built around you, not around a framework. We build small, unbreakable practices that prove the new identity to you over time - until it isn't aspirational, it's load-bearing.

  4. 04

    Witness, challenge, structure

Three things, repeated patiently. Someone who sees you clearly. Someone who won't let you bypass the hard part. And a container with enough form that the work has somewhere to land.

  5. 05

    The design thinking underneath

Your growth follows the same logic as good design: we identify what's actually happening (not what you think is happening), form a hypothesis, test it in real life, observe what shifts and refine. You are not a project to be fixed. You are a complex human working within an ecosystem. We need to understand it and enable you to grow within it.

A quiet promise

You're not a project. You're a person in a legitimate transition. My job is to witness, challenge and structure the space - so you emerge not just changed, but connected.
