The work

Two paths.
One method.

Both are long-form 1:1 practices built on the same foundations - Beholding and design thinking, on top of a foundation of accredited coaching. The difference isn't the intensity of support. It's the scale of the change.

One question might help: is your chapter ending - or are you struggling inside a good one?

If you don't know yet, that's what the free first session is for.

OFFER A

Realignment

The life you have, made yours again.

Nothing external has to change. The role can stay, the marriage, the city, the company. What changes is what you've been carrying inside it - the masks that calcified, the parts of yourself you've been fighting, the performance that success quietly demanded. This is for people who don't need a new life. They need to start flourishing in this one.

You'll know this is you if the chapter itself is sound - you chose it, parts of it still feed you - but you've gone missing inside it. The Sunday dread. The irritability you can't explain. The sense of bracing, all the time, for nothing in particular. It shows up at work, at home, in the middle of a life that looks fine from the outside - because what needs unlearning isn't the life. It's the performance of it.

What we do: go deep to see what's actually there - the masks, the struggle, the weight. Letting go of what you don't need. Stepping into what you can be. Small, real-life experiments that change how the life feels from the inside, one at a time, until the accumulation surprises you.

OFFER B

The Crossing

The chapter's over. Build the next one properly.

Sometimes realignment isn't the answer, because the chapter itself is finished - the role is being automated out from under you, the exit happened, the institution is contracting, the marriage ended, the identity that ran it all has done its work. This is the full arc: the letting go, the unlearning, the seeing - and then the creative step into your future. A next chapter imagined, designed, prototyped and made real, to your specification, on your terms.

You'll know this is you if the question isn't "how do I feel better in this?" but "what comes next - and who do I need to be for it?" That question arrives professionally (the AI-shaped ceiling and personally. The work is the same arc either way.

What we do: everything in Realignment - the unmasking, the release - and then the design work: unlearning what the finished chapter trained into you, mapping what you actually have, defining the life the next chapter must support, prototyping the move in small, low-risk steps, building until it's load-bearing. You don't leap blind. You leap with confidence.

Realignment sometimes reveals that the chapter really is over. When that happens, the work simply deepens - A becomes B, no awkwardness, no restart.

I keep intentional capacity - only 5-7 clients at a time. If the fit is right and the investment is genuinely out of reach, let's talk.

"Crucially, working with Matt gave me the confidence to really commit to this process. I wasn't sure about Beholding to begin with and I'd never used Design Thinking before but his warm, open manner and gentle, authoritative clarity enabled me to trust the process and move one step at a time into my future."
